10.2.4 Direct Debit (Pty) Ltd uses a 256 – bit ssl (secure sockets layer) encryption technology when processing your details. Ssl encryption is the industry standard.
10.2.5 Direct Debit (Pty) Ltd uses an integrated management system (ims) which is iso certified. The audit established the overall operational effectiveness of a sample of control areas comprising Direct Debit (Pty) Ltd’s ims.
10.2.6 Direct Debit (Pty) Ltd adheres to the pci database standard when storing and processing data, the pci standard is the industry standard.
10.2.7 Having placed the aforementioned measures in place, Direct Debit (Pty) Ltd, its operators, employees and affiliates shall not be held liable for the loss, misuse, dissemination, sale and or distribution of a user’s personal information either by lawful possessors of such information or unlawful possessors of the user’s personal information.
